FilmFour are also showing Kim Ki-Duk's BAD BOY next Tuesday at 12. I probably won't watch it, but it might be of interest to some.

  4. ghevans Yeah, you can fly!

I love Kikujiro - superb movie cheers for the heads up. Despite one minor error of judgement early on in the film its practically flawless. The story is super cute and there's lots of fun to be had. My ultimate feel good movie.

Ah! been looking to see this one for a while. :-D
  7. Midori no Saru Invoker of Azarak

Gohatto: I recommend this film. Set your video or Tivo or make sure to watch it - just don't expect a neat ending as the film is essentially opaque and mysterious.

By the director of Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence and Ai no Corrida. Takeshi Kitano, who also appears, is a great fan of the director's work.

I only watched 45minutes of Battle Royale, I could not watch any more, it was so bad, it also annoyed me that they put things that worked in BR1 in the film but changed them. Like the rugby ball, did anyone else thing that was a lot like the photo in BR1, me and my friend did. This is a bit late now but Ring and Ring 2 were on channel4 last week, they were on at about midnight, unfortunately I missed Ring2.

You mean Battle Roayle II, not the first one, right? Welcome wellyff! :-D

  18. Mandi Apple The Acid Queen

Mmm, we cancelled our F4 sub yonks ago so I'm kind of p!ssed that they're suddenly putting loads of good films on again
  19. addyboy Caissa's Angel of Death

Sod's Law strikes again.... Still, in the past they do time their freeviews nicely for the good films!
  20. Mandi Apple The Acid Queen

This is true - it's usually the paying customers who have to put up with 7 repeats of something crappy a week  I know 'cos we were them for a bit
